GT20: rendez-vous at the start
By boat or by plane, it's never been easier to come to the "beautiful island"!
By plane
There are weekly direct flights to Bastia and Ajaccio from principal airports in the UK, and other European cities throughout the summer season.
There are 4 airports in Corsica: Bastia Poretta (BIA), Calvi Sainte Catherine (CLY), Ajaccio Campo de'll Oro (AJA) and Figari (FSC).
Be aware that flights to Corsica are opening up all of the time and with different operators. You will need to do your own research, but contact Europe Active if you need advice.
By boat
Several shipping companies offer ferry crossings from Toulon, Marseille, Nice, Genoa or Livourno, the boat being one of the cheapest means of transport to get to the island.
Five commercial ports are at your disposal in Corsica for your transport by boat: Ajaccio, Bastia, Ile Rousse, Porto-Vecchio and Propriano. Between April and September, several shuttles per day serve the different ports of Corsica.
If you would like information about ferry crossings, please do not hesitate to contact us.
